Job summary

LeoForce in Pasadena, TX seeks a Mid Level Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer to support design, maintenance, and improvements of electrical and instrumentation systems in a specialty chemicals manufacturing environment.

You will work to ensure safe, reliable plant operations while driving process optimization and automation initiatives; requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Instrumentation/Chemical Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience, including hands-on DCS experience (Yokogawa

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience supporting instrumentation and electrical systems in chemical or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with DCS platforms (Yokogawa preferred; DeltaV, Honeywell, ABB a plus).
• Strong knowledge of process control strategies and PSM principles.

Job Details

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience supporting instrumentation and electrical systems in chemical or industrial manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with DCS platforms (Yokogawa preferred; DeltaV, Honeywell, ABB a plus)
• Strong knowledge of process control strategies (discrete, continuous, sequential, loop tuning, adaptive, and feed-forward control)
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and process issues
• Solid understanding of PSM principles, including PHA, MOC, and RAGAGEP standards
