Job description

High Level Project Overview: Supporting Station Procedures Department for Subsequent License Renewal (SLR) design changes.

Responsibilities: Marking up and revising procedures associated with SLR design changes.

Top Required Skills:

• Experience within the last 6-12 months writing operations, engineering, or maintenance procedures for nuclear power plants.
• Hands-on experience in the last 6-12 months making changes to procedures using formatting software.
• Proficiency in FrameMaker and Documentum/DocMan/DocEM software – 2+ years' experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools, including performing mark-ups, distilling, and using AdobeSign for routing signatures.

Soft Skills and Team Fit:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with high organizational skills to drive reviews and resolve procedure issues.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in various teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

• PPA certification.
• 10CFR50.59 Applicability Review/Screen qualification.
• Experience in nuclear operations (RO/SRO) or nuclear maintenance shops.

Education and Licenses:

• 4-year Electrical Engineering Degree or extensive electrical engineering field experience.
• Valid U.S. Professional Engineer license or previous licensure can substitute for the degree.
