YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The QA/QC Engineer II (Renewables) is responsible for managing and implementing the project-specific QA/QC program. (Position can be based anywhere in the US with 100% travel).

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Review all installation methods for conformance to contract documents.
• Ensure all materials and equipment delivered to the site conform to contract documents. Conduct pre-installation meetings with safety managers and foremen to ensure safety and compliance before starting new installation phases.
• Perform regular site inspections, provide detailed reports on deficiencies, and conduct follow-up inspections to verify corrective actions.
• Make inspection requests, walk with inspectors, and ensure all inspections are complete, approved, and documented.
• Manage all QA/QC documentation and record-keeping, including final control submittals.
• Other duties may be assigned based on the role within the business unit.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Oracle.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities.
• Work effectively under time pressure with a positive attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
• Effective interaction with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, and others.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

TRAVEL:

• 100%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Primarily indoor work with varying environmental conditions; some outdoor site work.
• Noise levels range from low to loud depending on the environment.
• Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.

Pay Range

$58,900 - $77,300 annually. Compensation varies based on location, experience, skills, and education.
