Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Regional Process Engineering and business teams.
2. Perform quality assurance on existing manufacturing processes.
3. Identify process control improvements using real-time data systems.
4. Implement process control solutions to improve operations, efficiency, and throughput.
5. Optimize plant processes through automation and control schemes.
6. Support deployment of digital solutions like Advanced Process Control, TrendMiner, OSIsoft PI.
7. Assist with process safety activities related to manufacturing.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate experience with Allen Bradley PLC, ABB, and Emerson DeltaV DCS.
• Operational experience and basic project execution skills.
• Experience with Functional Safety Management.
