Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 3+ years related experience in high tech manufacturing.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing and testing.
• Experience testing laser-based optical, fluidic, and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs instrument optimization after final assembly, including optical and electrical adjustments.
• Conducts final production testing to ensure performance specifications are met.
• Analyzes test results to determine root causes of failures and documents findings.
• Replaces or repairs defective components and updates device history records.
• Collaborates with engineers and QA to improve methods and product quality.
