Dominion Energy seeks Instrument Technicians to inspect, test, calibrate, and install instrumentation in power stations and offshore wind facilities. Roles involve maintaining offshore systems, recording data, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.

Candidates should have 0–2 years for Technician I or more for II/III, with strong troubleshooting and SCADA experience; offshore work requires safety-conscious performance and ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

• AC and DC instrumentation theory and practical applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and control components.
• Experience with SCADA systems and offshore operations.
• Knowledge of NERC standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, test, service, calibrate, and install indicating, recording, and automatic control instruments in a power station.
• Maintain offshore wind farm instrumentation and control systems.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance; document evidence and audits.
• Record data, prepare operation logs, and report findings to supervisor.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians; lead small projects when needed.
