Job summary

Taurus Industrial Group, LLC is seeking an Instrument Technician to manage electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on-site in Deer Park, Texas. The role requires conduit, tubing, and piping installation, instrument mounting, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED.
Must have at least four (4) years of training or experience as an Analyzer Technician I or equivalent.
Must have skills in conduit, tubing, and piping installation.
Must be able to mount stands and install instruments.
Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
TWIC required.
Must have a valid Texas Driver's License with minimal infractions.

Responsibilities

Interpret and apply information from work orders, specifications, blueprints or drawings.
Identify and demonstrate safe use of power tools for the job.
Recognize materials used in piping systems and proper handling techniques.
Select and safely use equipment such as manlifts, forklifts, and company trucks.
Coordinate work with other technicians to plan tasks.
