Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Deer Park, Texas. Ideal candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in instrumentation and an Associates Degree in Instrumentation. The role requires strong skills in calibrating and troubleshooting process instruments, as well as knowledge of electrical systems and regulations. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience as an Instrumentation Technician.
• Ability to pass NCCER Written Skill Assessment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair process instruments.
• Maintain valves, vibration monitors, and other instruments.
• Conduct instrumentation evaluation for PLC systems.

Skills

Calibration and troubleshooting of process instruments

Maintenance of process instruments

Pressure testing pneumatic instruments

Troubleshooting motor controls

Understanding of electrical schematics and diagrams

Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations

Education

Associates Degree in Instrumentation
