Music & Arts, part of the Guitar Center family, seeks a skilled instrument technician to repair rental instruments and return them to good playing order. You may specialize in brass, woodwind, percussion, or work across multiple types.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of an accredited repair school, English proficiency, and 2 years of daily instrument repair experience. The role is on-site with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Apprenticeship or diploma from an accredited repair school required.
• Must read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Able to use standard repair shop tooling and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repairs rental returned instruments efficiently and to quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records for production reporting.
• Specialize in brass, woodwind, percussion, or multiple instrument types and repair them timely.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
