Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, Materials, or related Engineering.
• Five years of experience developing IP structures from definition through launch.
• Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, analysis, integration, validation, and launch of IP structure subsystems across vehicle programs.
• Perform engineering evaluations using DFMEA, DRBFM, PFMEA, CAE, and safety performance analyses.
• Package components and manage CAD development; lead peer reviews and ensure manufacturability.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and suppliers to achieve cost, mass, and performance targets.
• Lead plant builds, supplier trials, DV/PV events, and launch activities with a quality focus.
