Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years in vehicle interior development, from concept to launch.
• Experience with IP, floor console, and wrapping processes is a plus.
• Strong background in DFMEA/DFSS and CAD release processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design evaluations and concept development across vehicle programs.
• Manage CAD development through suppliers or GM designers and lead peer reviews.
• Collaborate with CAE groups to validate robustness and inform design iterations.
• Coordinate change management and product development activities to meet milestones.
