Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Electrician/Instrument (EI) Technician to support Bristol-Croydon production plants. You will repair and maintain instrumentation and electrical equipment, provide technical support to equipment owners, and troubleshoot issues to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will work with Preventive and Predictive Maintenance teams, coordinate with planners, and participate in the plant Reliability Team. Overtime and on-call support are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years instrumentation maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of instrumentation: Flow Elements/Sensors, Pressure Sensors, Temperature Probes.
• Must be able to work overtime and answer emergency calls.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain instrument and electrical equipment with a focus on instrumentation.
• Calibrate, test, measure and repair electrical controls and instruments.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and document failure analysis.
• Collect equipment data to support reliability improvements.
• Coordinate E/I troubleshooting and plan execution with field and maintenance teams.
