Primient in Dayton is seeking an ambitious Instrument/Electrician to join our manufacturing team. From day one, you’ll help operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation and electrical systems in a fast-paced plant.

The role emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork as you install, calibrate, test, and repair equipment, following drawings and manuals. Training and pay-for-skill progression support your growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical/instrumentation work in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read drawings and operating manuals.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, maintain, install, repair, calibrate, test, assemble and inspect electrical installations.
• Work with power distribution, control systems and instrument components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical/instrumentation safety devices.
• Follow drawings and instructions to ensure proper commissioning and testing.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and assist other trades as needed.
