Job summary

Primient is hiring a rotating shift Instrument/Electrician at our Dayton, OH plant. This foundational manufacturing role offers a starting wage of $35.52 per hour with potential to advance to $38.14, plus a $0.85 shift differential.

You will perform electrical maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and support instrument work for high-quality ingredients. We provide comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401(k) matching, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

Fabricate, maintain, install, repair, calibrate, test, assemble, and inspect electrical and instrument installations.
Work with electrical construction materials and devices such as conductors, grounding systems, conduit systems, lighting, control devices, circuit breakers, switch gear, motors, transformers, and timing devices.
Knowledge of NFPA70E and safe work practices.
Willingness to work a rotating D-Shift schedule in Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities

Fabricate, maintain, install, repair, calibrate, test, assemble, and inspect electrical installations and instruments.
Support preventive maintenance and testing of alarms, interlocks, and electrical safety devices.
Work from drawings and manuals, ensuring compliance with procedures before production release.
Collaborate with other trades and keep workspace clean and organized.
