Job Description: TSTC faculty deliver approved curriculum, content, and assessments in an applied learning environment. Responsibilities include facilitation of activities and discussions that engage various learning styles with targeted guidance and mentorship to students. Faculty interpret and administer assessments, provide constructive feedback, and integrate technology effectively to enrich educational experiences. They act as ambassadors for their programs and TSTC.
The starting salary range is from $68,400 to $78,000, based on education, experience, and successful completion of a supervised weld test. Full benefits include paid healthcare and potential eligibility for a semester retention bonus.

Prepare and deliver high-quality instruction, develop course syllabi, and organize classes with innovative techniques.
Maintain accurate records, ensure a safe instructional environment, and provide student evaluations.
Advise students and collaborate with the Office of Student Success to support retention.
Participate in tours and recruitment events, and assist in planning.
Be courteous, flexible, and effective in team environments, aligned with the college's mission and values.
