Replacement Window Installer Crew (W-2 or 1099)

Join our team as a Replacement Window Installer Crew. We are a family-owned company with a rich history dating back to 1955, providing high-quality remodeling solutions in the Charlotte, NC area. We have completed over 20,000 projects and currently employ over 150 professionals dedicated to excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory codes, safety procedures, and techniques.
  • Review work orders and instructions/drawings before starting assignments to identify issues or incorrect materials.
  • Install windows, doors, exterior/interior trim, and apply clean caulking to ensure quality, safety, and timeliness.
  • Interact professionally with customers to provide the best installation experience.
  • Prepare vehicles with necessary parts, tools, and resources for each project.
  • Assist with unloading delivery trucks and perform bending aluminum using a brake.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in window and door installation preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • High School diploma or GED required; trade school or construction experience preferred.
  • Experience with hand tools, including a brake, utility knife, hammer, and deglazing tools.
  • Good driving record.
  • Basic math skills, including measuring, converting metrics, and calculating angles and percentages.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Pay and Incentives:
  • Standard pay plus incentives and bonuses based on individual performance and quality of work.
  • Salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually.
