Job summary

ALLCPR in Bellflower, CA is seeking an American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Trainer to prepare and deliver instructor-level courses across diverse settings, including schools, community centers, hospitals and offices.

The role requires current ARC Instructor Trainer certification, strong CPR/AED knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to train and evaluate candidates while maintaining updated materials and ARC requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
