Job summary

ALLCPR in Bellflower, CA is seeking an Instructor Trainer to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor courses, train instructor candidates, and ensure proficiency.

The role requires current ARC Instructor Trainer certification, strong CPR/AED knowledge, and excellent communication to deliver engaging sessions. Part-time contractor status with weekend availability and optional 1099 arrangement.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Trainer certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
