Job summary

ALLCPR in Bellflower, CA seeks a part-time Instructor Trainer to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor courses and train instructor candidates to become certified ARC instructors. The role requires owning at least three manikin sets and maintaining compliance with ARC requirements.

The candidate will prepare for sessions, demonstrate techniques, provide feedback, and evaluate progress to ensure proficiency, with a focus on customer service and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Trainer certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor courses.
