Job description

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective learning solutions that support organizational training and change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum development, and technical training design, with experience developing content for Oracle or similar ERP systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor‑led training (ILT), virtual instructor‑led training (VILT), and eLearning content.
• Create engaging learning materials, job aids, guides, assessments, and multimedia training resources.
• Partner with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective training solutions.
• Design synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences aligned with adult learning best practices.
• Develop technical training programs for Oracle or other enterprise applications.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to learning content and delivery methods.
• Support training delivery and facilitation activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning.
• Experience designing and developing eLearning, ILT, and VILT training programs.
• Experience creating technical training content for Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience designing both synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions.
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation development skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Training facilitation or classroom delivery experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools.
