Job summary

Built by Me is seeking part-time instructors to lead hands-on STEM activities for children in grades 1-8. You will foster an inclusive, safe learning space and guide groups of students through creative projects in robotics, coding, math, design and art.

Ideal applicants are energetic, dependable, and capable of clear verbal and written communication, with a passion for STEM and education. Training is provided and schedules include late afternoons and weekend sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids.
• Availability on weekdays 4-7 pm and Saturdays 9 am-12 pm.
• Interest in robotics, coding, math, design, communications, video, music, and art.
• High emotional intelligence and a creative mind with a great design sensibility, and a driven work ethic.
• Energetic, dependable, friendly, and flexible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Driver's License and reliable transportation is a plus (will pay for mileage)
