Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, is seeking anInstructor Scheduling Agent to organize daily and next-day ski lesson assignments for our instructors. You will ensure guest lesson details are entered accurately and coordinate with reservations and sales for requests.

Responsibilities include assisting on-snow supervisors, handling instructor calls, stocking the scheduling desk, and performing other duties as assigned. This seasonal role starts mid-November and runs through mid-April.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available seven days a week, typically four 8–10 hour shifts.
• Computer proficient and detail-oriented.
• Organized and able to stay calm during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate daily and next-day ski lesson schedules.
• Enter guest lesson information into the system and update records.
• Coordinate with reservations and sales on lesson requests.
• Support on-snow supervisors and assist with reports.
• Handle instructor inquiries by phone and maintain desk stations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

An Instructor Scheduling Agent is responsible for assigning and coordinating daily and next-day lesson assignments and scheduling activities for ski instructors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Give ski instructors all guest lesson information and enter it into the system
• Monitor inventory for current day and next day assignments and follow up with instructors and guest requests
• Communicate and work closely with the reservations and sales departments regarding all ski lesson requests and unassigned lessons
• Support the on-snow supervisors with their specific ski programs, and assist them with questions and reports, operating a two-way radio device
• Handle instructor phone calls regarding lesson information and questions
• Clean and stock stations at daily scheduling desk and staging area
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Available seven days a week, typically working four days at 8-10 hours per day
• Computer proficient
• Ability to multi-task; detail-oriented, and attentive to follow through
• Must be organized, motivated, keep a positive attitude and remain calm during high-stress times

DATES OF EMPLOYMENT

• Mid-November to Mid-April

PAY RATE

• $21.00 per hour
