Master’s Degree in a field appropriate to the needs of the department, or significant progress toward a doctorate degree, or, in rare circumstances, post‑baccalaureate certification or licensure, or a baccalaureate plus experience, can be established as appropriate qualifications for the teaching position. Depending on the program, specific certification/licensure or clinical experience may be required.
