Instructor | Organizational Development & Learning Operations

Location: Jacksonville, FL
FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Develops and delivers instructional materials and lesson plans to support effective learning and skill development. Assesses participant progress through evaluations and assignments, ensuring comprehension and the practical application of knowledge.

Manages the learning environment to foster engagement, participation, and a positive experience. Provides individualized support to meet diverse learning needs while maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance.

Regularly updates curriculum content to reflect best practices and organizational needs, collaborating with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies. Supports reporting and continuous improvement efforts to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.

  • 3+ years of experience in classroom management and maintaining discipline
  • 2+ years of experience updating curriculum and collaborating with colleagues
