Responsibilities

• Introduce children to movement‑based learning in a safe, fun environment.
• Teach classes using The Little Gym curriculum and teaching methods.
• Provide excellent customer service and membership experience to families.
• Create a warm, engaging atmosphere that encourages learning and confidence.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and deliver engaging programs.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with children and parents.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and playful; able to keep children engaged while setting expectations.
• Ability to follow curriculum and instructional guidelines.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Experience in a teaching or childcare role a plus.

Compensation

Pay range: $11.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and location.
