Job summary

The Little Gym International invites energetic instructors to join our team. You will teach age-appropriate fitness and movement classes, greet members warmly, and help keep our facilities clean and welcoming. Occasionally you will host parties for kids, creating fun, safe experiences.

We seek individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working with children and families, and who are open to learning additional tasks with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Background in gymnastics, cheerleading, or dance is helpful.
• Passion for working with children and an energetic, positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with kids and parents.
• Ability to stay organized during busy sessions.
• Willingness to learn additional tasks with full training provided.

About the Role

We’re seeking energetic, fun‑lively individuals to join our team of instructors at The Little Gym. In this role you will teach age‑appropriate fitness and movement classes, provide outstanding customer service, keep our facilities clean and welcoming, and occasionally host special events for kids.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Deliver an outstanding customer service experience, treating members like family.
• Maintain a clean, disinfected gym and lobby area at all times.
• Host and facilitate parties and optional late‑night sessions for children while parents enjoy free time.

Qualifications

• Background in gymnastics, cheerleading, or dance is helpful.
• Passion for working with children and an energetic, positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with both kids and parents.
• Ability to stay organized and focused during busy sessions.
• Willingness to learn additional tasks such as folding shirts or running party activities—full training will be provided.

Compensation

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Work Environment

The Little Gym is a worldwide enrichment and physical development center serving children ages 4 months through 12 years. All locations are independently owned franchised sites; applications are submitted directly to the franchisee.
