Job summary

The Little Gym in Elk Grove, CA is seeking energetic instructors to lead parent-child and youth gymnastics classes. You will deliver engaging lessons using our proven curriculum, creating magical moments that build confidence and skills in children.

Training is provided; no prior gymnastics experience is required. You will support events, maintain safety and cleanliness, and foster strong relationships with families in a fun, active environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in active, group settings preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with families and fellow staff.
• High energy and a positive, encouraging attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and teach parent-child and youth gymnastics classes using the curriculum.
• Create engaging moments to boost children's confidence and skills.
• Foster friendly relationships with families and the community.
• Maintain high safety and cleanliness standards in the studio.
• Support birthday parties, camps, and events when needed.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
