Job summary

The Little Gym International in Post Falls, ID is seeking an energetic instructor to lead classes for children from 4 months to 12 years. You will deliver the proven curriculum, create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment, and provide excellent customer service to families.

No prior teaching experience is required—training is provided. This role offers a fun, active workspace with opportunities to grow within our supportive team and network.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging children in educational activities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families.
• Comfortable leading group activities in a gym setting.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. We offer a range of programs in a clean, fun, and safe environment. As part of a family of over 300 locations, you will work in a supportive, collaborative setting.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
