Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking an experienced Instructional Copywriter to support our retail client’s Seller Academy. You will edit scripts and assets for video series, and design and develop learning materials while maintaining the learning management system.

Ideal candidates are eLearning experts with strong copywriting, curriculum design, and the ability to analyze needs, work autonomously, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Learning Design, eLearning, or educational content writing.
• 4+ years of general copywriting experience.
• Experience in tech, eCommerce, or SaaS industries.
• A robust portfolio showcasing educational writing for external audiences or course design.
• Examples of various project types: eLearning modules, video scripts, training materials, job aids, or storyboards.
• Explain the design process: problem, audience, design model, and tools used (e.g., Storyline, Vyond).
• Writing samples translating complex topics into clear, engaging content for adult learners.
• Expert MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with project management software (Asana).

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce scripts & assets for Seller Academy video series.
• Design and develop comprehensive learning materials.
• Conduct needs analysis and maintain the learning management system.
• Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and informative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and meet deadlines.
