Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced eLearning designer in a hybrid role based in Hoboken, NJ, with additional U.S. locations. You will craft online courses, video scripts, and training materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex topics into clear, learner-centered content.

The ideal candidate has a 4+ year track record in learning design and copywriting, LMS experience, and a strong portfolio. Proficiency with Storyline, Vyond, CMS tools, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Learning Design, eLearning, or educational content writing.

Responsibilities

• 4+ years of general copywriting experience.
• Experience in tech, eCommerce, or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio of external audience or course design.
• Expert-level Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with Asana.
• Portfolio including eLearning modules, video scripts, training materials, job aids, or storyboards.
• Explain design process: problem, audience, instructional design model, tools used (Articulate Storyline, Vyond, etc.).
• Writing samples translating complex topics into clear, engaging content for adult learners.
