Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Workforce Development Specialist 1 on a contract basis in Boise, Idaho. The role supports training and documentation systems, training records, and content materials for a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with technical documentation, training administration, and LMS tasks, plus a Bachelor's degree and at least two years writing experience.

Pay ranges from $25 to $29.39 per hour on a W2, with contract duration from 09/01/2026 through 03/31/2027.

• At least 2 years of experience writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and documentation skills.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Strong ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.
