Key Responsibilities : Design and implement training processes and programs for a newly developed training department Formulate and execute a strategy to achieve initial accreditation for training programs Develop and validate trainee examination materials and evaluation processes across various training environments Required Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field Minimum of five years of experience in education or training, particularly within industrial contexts Proficiency in developing digital training content and delivering training programs Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in maintaining standards and influencing others to pursue excellence in training and operational practices
