Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Seven years of professional experience managing classroom technology support or implementing/troubleshooting in academia.
• Two years of experience supervising or managing professional staff.
• Knowledge of instructional technology, AV systems, distance and online education, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, technical, and administrative leadership for instructional technology and audiovisual services.
• Manage daily operations and supervise staff supporting classrooms, studios, labs, and events.
• Lead planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and lifecycle management of AV and instructional technologies.
• Monitor service quality, develop roadmaps, and coordinate with faculty, vendors, and campus partners.
