• Experience leveraging AI to streamline training development

Responsibilities

• Design instructional material for customized training courses.
• Assess learning needs to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate employee courses.
• Create new and revise existing training programs and curricula.
• Ensure adherence to ISD practices andSection 508 compliance.
• Develop clear storyboards for programmers and online developers.
