Job summary

ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. seeks Instructional Systems Designers (ISD) to support the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. On-site role covers course design, development, validation, and evaluation for resident and online training, including graphics, multimedia, and video production.

The on-base role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm. Requires a Bachelor’s in educational technology or ISD experience and USA citizenship; HUBZone encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of ISD experience.
• Demonstrated experience in two or more listed ISD areas.
• Proficiency with modern educational technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational expertise for multimedia, graphics, and media projects with SMEs and teams.
• Recommend platforms, media formats, and delivery methods aligned to training objectives.
• Develop and test online courseware; analyze performance data and propose improvements.
• Create training plans; guide validation of ISD processes to meet objectives.
• Edit curriculum content for grammar, spelling, and formatting.
• Participate in e-learning development and continuity planning.
• Apply ADDIE model across development lifecycle.
• Design instructional materials including copy and scripts.
• Use government tools as needed; attend meetings.
• Analyze student feedback and provide actionable improvements.
• Lead project intake: define scope, storyboard, schedule reviews, approvals.
• Provide educational consultation across all multimedia development stages.
• Support other duties as assigned by Technical Advisor or Course Director.
