The role collaborates with subject matter experts, multimedia specialists and learning designers and is based at FASTC in Blackstone, VA. Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in curriculum design and development.
• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in adult learning, education or curriculum development.
• Familiarity with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model and adult education standards.

Responsibilities

• Applies Adult Learning Theory to training material design.
• Designs and edits lesson plans, presentations and course materials.
• Develops curriculum based on ISD principles and FLETA standards.
• Monitors courses and instructors against performance criteria.
• Assists with curriculum management and revision tracking.
• Supports attainment of FLETA accreditation requirements.
