Qualifications
Four (4) years of experience in curriculum design and development.

Familiarity with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model and adult education standards.
Responsibilities
Applies Adult Learning Theory to training material design.
Designs and edits lesson plans, presentations and course materials.
Develops curriculum based on ISD principles and FLETA standards.
Monitors courses and instructors against performance criteria.
Assists with curriculum management and revision tracking.
Supports attainment of FLETA accreditation requirements.
