Ho-Chunk, Inc. Management Services (HCIMS) seeks a full-time Instructional Systems Designer to design, develop and evaluate curriculum in line with IDS models and FLETA standards.

You will work with program offices, subject matter experts and multimedia staff to create lesson plans, student materials and instructional media at the FASTC in Blackstone, VA. Qualifications

• Mastery of adult learning principles and curriculum development
• Experience designing lesson plans, student materials and media
• Familiarity with FLETA standards and accreditation processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops curriculum using instructional systems design principles
• Creates lesson plans, presentations and course materials
• Coordinates with SMEs, multimedia staff and learning designers
• Monitors courses against performance criteria and conducts evaluations
• Maintains course development schedules and revision histories
