Team Carney seeks an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs aligned with our missions. You will manage a curriculum of five courses (25–30 modules each) across asset forfeiture, financial management, and legal compliance.

The ideal candidate will blend adult education expertise with facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual environments. Requires current or obtainable Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate asset forfeiture training programs.
• Manage curricula with 5 courses and 25–30 modules each.
• Experience with training budgets and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven teaching in physical and virtual classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ISD materials aligned to mission requirements.
• Deliver training using classroom and virtual platforms.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain course catalogs.
