Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field with practical experience in instructional design is required.
• Experience in curriculum and training development, education, or technical writing is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration with SMEs, and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements, job tasks, performance data, and training materials to identify needs and gaps.
• Design, develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain instructional content using ADDIE and systematic processes.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning theory, and performance-based methodologies to training products.
• Review manuals and technical documents to ensure accuracy of content.
• Develop learning objectives, strategies, assessments, lesson plans, and storyboards.
• Create scenario-based activities, demonstrations, and job aids for training.
