Job summary

TekPillar seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to craft engaging eLearning content for diverse audiences, leveraging SCORM-compliant workflows and modern authoring tools.

You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, accessible, and effective training materials across LMS platforms such as Moodle. Strong collaboration and storyboarding skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of eLearning or Instructional Design experience within the last 5 years.
• Hands-on experience with SCORM, LMS platforms, and eLearning authoring tools.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of storyboarding, learning objectives, assessments, and course development.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate learner performance and incorporate feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Ensure learning content meets quality, accessibility, usability, and instructional standards.
