Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and passing ParaPro exam or 60 credits/associates degree.
• Knowledge of privacy laws (HIPAA, FERPA, Sunshine) relevant to student data.
• Ability to assist in instructional support and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instructional process with students individually or in small groups under supervision.
• Prepare and organize instructional aids and materials; use technology as directed.
• Reinforce positive learning and behavior; support development of study skills.
• Support parental involvement activities and respect diverse student cultures.
• Perform clerical and recordkeeping duties as directed; adhere to safety procedures.
