Job summary

Cherry Creek is seeking an Educational Support Personnel role to assist students under the supervision of a licensed staff member. You will help individuals or small groups with basic curriculum work, reinforce learning skills, and support classroom teachers with materials, monitoring, and documentation.

The position may involve work with behaviorally challenging students and requires collaboration with teachers to implement programming and reinforce discipline procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 48 hours of college credit, or valid ParaPro/WorkKeys scores.
• No experience required.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with students individually or in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher by preparing materials, grading, attendance, and documentation.
• Assist students with classroom activities and curriculum delivery to individuals and small groups.
• Monitor students and reinforce behavior during activities and field trips.
• Perform basic clerical tasks, data entry, and supply management for the classroom.
• Support with field trips or school events as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
