• Charter school leadership experience with urgency, rigor, and mission-driven focus.
• Proven track record of closing achievement gaps for historically underserved scholars.
• Experience coaching and developing teachers to improve performance and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in education/leadership required.
• Valid teaching certification; ESL or Special Education endorsement required.
• 3+ years of teaching experience with demonstrated success in improving student outcomes.
