Qualifications

• Minimum twelve (12) credits in early childhood education required, or obtain 12 credits within one year.
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, psychology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee instructional leadership to ensure high-quality curriculum delivery and classroom management.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate instructional programs with teachers and assessments.
• Monitor curriculum development, lesson plans, and age-appropriate programs at site level.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to staff and attend training.
