Qualifications

• Minimum twelve (12) credits in early childhood education required, or must obtain 12 credits within one year of employment.
• Bachelor's degree required; focus area in early childhood education, psychology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership to ensure high standards of curriculum delivery and classroom management.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate instructional programs with teachers, including objectives, strategies, and assessment techniques.
• Review curriculum and lesson plan development and implementation.
• Oversee age-appropriate educational programs at site level; monitor children’s progress to meet developmental needs.
• Lead staff development activities and provide performance feedback to staff and managers.
