Job summary

Advanced Systems Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to help set new standards for how people learn, develop, and succeed with our products. This remote, temporary role supports K12, higher ed, and instructor-led training teams.

You will craft engaging eLearning courses, build assessments, and collaborate with SMEs and product teams to align content with company priorities while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in designing, developing, and user testing learning products.
• 1-2 years' visual design experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A portfolio showing original educational eLearning products built with HTML5 or similar tools.
• Practical knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets).
• Hands-on experience building advanced eLearning with Evolve or Articulate 360.
• Familiarity with instructional frameworks (ADDIE, Rapid Release, storyboarding).
• Experience meeting company standards for presentation design, copywriting, and editing.
• Comfortable using project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Google Sheets).
• Track record of leading large-scale projects, maintaining consistent messaging, and meeting deadlines.

Position Details

• Type: Temporary (September 2026 - December 2026), with the potential for extension or permanent hire

• Hours: Full-time

• Location: 100% remote

What You'll Do

• Experience developing interactive instructor-led training (ILT)
