Job summary

Timeless Medical Systems is seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging training materials for our software products. You will manage the full training lifecycle from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation, collaborating with SMEs to develop self-paced resources such as job aids, videos, and simulations.

You will design, author, and edit a variety of materials, translate complex information for learning, and manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Education in a related field is preferred.
• Instructional design experience in software/tech environments with a strong portfolio is a plus.
• Proficiency with video/graphic editing tools and rapid e-learning authoring software.
• Familiarity with AI for content generation and research.
• Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models (ADDIE/SAM).
• Strong written and verbal communication with SMEs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for instructional content across formats.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify needs and translate complex information into engaging materials.
• Author and edit training materials, scripts, storyboards, and interactive exercises.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
• Evaluate training impact and iterate content for continuous improvement.
