Job summary

Candescent is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer to develop engaging training programs for its software applications and tools, supporting employees and customers. The role focuses on instructional content, organizing learners, and balancing priorities to deliver high-quality materials.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in instructional design, strong English communication, and proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, business, communications or related field preferred.
• 4-5 years’ experience as an instructional designer focused on eLearning.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning theory.
• Native proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Articulate 360, Copilot, Camtasia, Snagit, Microsoft Office; Teams or equivalent.
• Experience using AI to design training courses.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver on-demand and live training for Candescent software applications and tools.
• Manage onboarding for the Client Care team, including live virtual sessions.
• Create and deliver webinars on soft skills for Client Care success.
• Design in multiple formats: self-paced courses, videos, job aids, and live webinars.
