Qualifications

• Bachelors in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
• Proficiency with instructional design models and adult learning theory.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, multimedia production, and LMS.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solver focused on quality and accuracy.
• Experience with accessibility standards or gamification is a plus.
• Certifications such as CPTD/ATD are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials, course content, and learning modules for in-person, virtual, or blended delivery.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into clear instruction.
• Create assessments and multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
• Adapt instructional approaches to diverse learning styles and accessibility requirements.
• Review and revise existing learning programs for relevance and accuracy.
• Monitor and evaluate course performance using analytics and feedback.
• Ensure instructional products comply with internal standards and guidelines.
• Maintain documentation of materials, revisions, and processes.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines.
• Support implementation and instructor training as needed.
• Stay current on instructional technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Promote a learner-centric environment focused on continuous improvement and skills development.
