About The Role

The ideal candidate is a strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of creating high-quality training content that positively impacts revenue. Collaboration across departments is essential.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct needs analysis to identify skills and knowledge gaps.
2. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather information and review content.
3. Develop instructional materials including storyboards, eLearning modules, videos, assessments, and job aids.
4. Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
5. Leverage AI tools to enhance content design and streamline updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Ability to translate training needs into effective learning solutions.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories, Bloom's Taxonomy, and performance improvement methodologies.
• Expertise in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience creating revenue-positive training content.
• Experience with web accessibility guidelines (section 508) is a plus.
